Albert Bernal
President/Founder
Mr. Albert Bernal is the former president of the RTS Group and founder of Aquafuzion. Albert has over 15 years experience in sales and direct marketing with 6 years experience in the water improvement industry. He also serves as partner of Kingdom Construction and of Century Business Park Partners, which specialize in residential and commercial real-estate development. Additionally, Albert serves as financial consultant for Harvest International where he monitors and supervises the disbursement of international funds. Because of Albert's vision and marketing expertise, Aquafuzion can now say we are affiliated with General Electric as a Pro Elite dealer.
Erik Bernal
Vice-President of Sales
After serving as an investment banking consultant for Accenture and as a sales representative for Schindler Elevator Co., Erik Bernal worked as a sales consultant for RTS Group where he developed a deep understanding and passion for pure water. Erik’s cost-benefit analysis expertise, knowledge, and passion for pure water are some of the reasons Aquafuzion brought Erik on board to serve as Vice President of Sales. Furthermore, Erik now specializes in water improvement solutions and new market development projects for Aquafuzion. Erik is a specialist in the training of Trainers in the water solutions business directives. He is directly responsible for benchmarking studies in the water solutions business which helps us stay ahead of the game in the water industry. At present, Erik is conducting and directing Managers Apprenticeship Training Programs, preparing for the current and future growth of the company.
Ben Pérez
Senior Vice-President of Market Expansion - Mexico, Europe and the Middle East
Mr. Ben P. Pérez is the former Vice President of Leviton Mfg. Co. Inc. – Southwest Mexican Operations (Chihuahua Division). Ben was instrumental in the growth and development of the Leviton Company in Mexico. He was a major player and was actively involved in opening up more Leviton manufacturing plants such as the Haromex plant in Juarez, Chihuahua, the Leviton Plant in Jimenez, Chihuahua, and the Tecate plant in Tecate Baja California. His expertise, knowledge and experience facilitated the Leviton Chihuahua plants to become the most productive and the most profitable manufacturing plants in the Leviton Company. What’s more he was also influential in changing the names of all Leviton plants in Mexico to the name of Leviton of Mexico. Ben brings with him not only a strong work ethic and directive; in addition he brings his love of people, his great sense of humor and his tenacity for business growth and development. We are proud to say that he has joined our company to serve as Senior Vice-President of Market Expansion for Mexico, Europe and the Middle East. Ben brings 40 years of sales, manufacturing, and business development experience to Aquafuzion.
Yvonne Pérez
Vice President of Market Expansion
Yvonne is currently employed by NCO Financial Systems, Inc. as Senior Vice President. NCO is a billion dollar revenue producer and the largest Accounts Receivable company in the world.
Yvonne has over 20 years of experience in strategic management and problem solving resulting in improved processes and increased revenue. Since joining NCO in 1997, Ms. Perez has held various positions of increasing responsibility in Healthcare Services, she has grown her division from into the most profitable and fastest growing product line in NCO Healthcare. Her annual growth rate has surpassed 25% in revenue annually and maintains a 96% client retention rate. In her current position since 2000, she is responsible for all operations and function of Eligibility Patient Advocacy Liaisons. And has authored RFPs, grants and acted as liaison to institutions, agencies, and organizations relative to the promotion and representation of the company.
Before joining NCO, Ms. Perez was an administrative manager for Ensambles de Precision in Tijuana, Baja California from 1994 to 1997 where she was responsible for Import/Export, IT, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, and Security. She was actively involved in attaining ISO-9000 certification for this company. She developed training curriculums in cultural competency, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, and general health issues of the Hispanic community.
Minerva Pérez
Market Expansion
Mrs. Minerva B. Pérez is the former Human Resources Division Manager for three Leviton Manufacturing plants for eighteen years. She retired in March, 2006 and had planned not to work anymore; however, we approached her as well. After studying our company’s business model, she liked our business mindset and referred to us as “strong business builders and thinkers outside-the-box.” Among her areas of responsibility were an Industrial Engineering Department, Environmental Engineering Departments, Industrial Safety Departments, Cafeterias, Housekeeping Departments, Medical Departments, Personnel Departments, Training Departments and Housekeeping Departments. Mrs. Perez specializes in the design and creation of customized managerial and leadership training programs, such as Root-Cause Failure Analysis, Mentoring, Coaching, Managerial Skills and Abilities, Work Process Analysis, Job Descriptions design and Employee Performance Evaluations. The same Passion she had for the Leviton Company she now brings to Aquafuzion. She believes in our playful productive atmosphere at work and is a great believer in creating an innovative and accountable work environment where people are taught to believe in themselves resulting in a more attentive atmosphere at work, where employees learn that an engaging attitude leads to more oomph, passion, productivity and resourcefulness.
