Aquafuzion Gives Back

Victim of House Fire Receives $10,000 Donation

San Angelo, Texas

In a single day, the life of Candelario Sanchez and his three teenage children was turned upside down when he returned to the lot where his home once stood only to find it had burned to the ground alond with everything they owned. Little did they know that when they would leave their home that morning, they were leaving with all they would have left at the end of the day - a backpack and the clothes on their backs.

While Candy, a single father, went about his typical day as the Wall ISD janitor and his kids attended their classes, a young neighborhood child was playing with matches near their garage. These matches started the fire that destroyed every material possession the Sanchez family owned and led them to contact Aquafuzion's sister company, Kingdom Construction, who is rebuilding their own.

Although his house was insured and a major portion of the expenses to build a new home were covered, he still faced the issue of acquiring new appliances and furniture to provide adequate living conditions for himself and his children on top of clothing and other basic needs. When Albert Bernal of Aquafuzion learned that his family desperately needed help to get back on thier feet, he made the decision on behalf of the company to donate $10,000 to go toward refurnishing their new home once construction was complete.

The Sanchez family lost everything in a day, but thanks to everyone's hard work and each of our customers, Aquafuzion was able to give back and create positive change in our community. After all, the community is who make our business possible.
